Our IKEA Kitchen Installation process in detail
IKEA offers fantastic value for money kitchens and they are oh so stylish! Take a look at some of their designs above - you cant help but be inspired!
Prior to installation, the planning of your IKEA kitchen is essential. To assist in this, we will obtain accurate measurements of your kitchen, including existing utility points. We will then take time to understand what you want from your new kitchen. Only by working together at the planning stage are we able to understand the practicalities of your kitchen and start the design process. Together, and in co-ordination with IKEA's kitchen design team, we will produce a 3D design and specification of your kitchen. Upon agreement, your IKEA kitchen will be delivered from IKEA Valencia, and fitted by our experienced craftsmen. You will be kept informed of progress on a daily basis, with photographic updates - especially useful if you are away from the property during the installation of your kitchen.
The process starts...
...with our customers selecting their preferred style from the IKEA kitchen range. From then on we take responsibility for managing the entire process liaising closely with the kitchen team at IKEA.
The first step...
...is the planning stage, and after a site visit we will produce a 3D plan of your new kitchen, complete with a detailed quotation for all cabinets and appliances. The cabinet and appliance prices will be charged at the published retail prices as set by IKEA. When planning your IKEA kitchen, we try to use existing service points (electrics, plumbing, gas etc) as this is by far the most cost effective way. However, we are fully qualified to provide additional service installations if required.
Once you are happy with the plan and design...
...we will arrange delivery and installation your new kitchen. Throughout the installation process we will update you daily if you are away from the property, and if appropriate, send you images of the progress being made. If required, we will remove your old furniture and appliances and leave you with a clean, ready to use room. From start to finish, you will have one point of contact with either a native English or Spanish speaker, whichever you prefer.
NB. Our kitchen installation team are not just flatpack assemblers! They are craftsmen and have many years experience fitting all types of kitchens and bathrooms supplied by a selection of retailers and manufacturers.
